Senior Rylee Dunker broke her own school record in the Javelin with a winning throw of 112’7” — improving her previous record by more than 6 feet and moving herself into the Top 5 in Class A! 💪 Congratulations on another milestone moment, Rylee! 🐯🐾
Coach Carson, Coach Erickson, and Coach Biermann will be in the weight room every morning Monday-Friday from 6:30am-8:00am helping athletes put in the work and get better every day. This program is open to all students entering 6th-12th grade. Important Reminders:
- You must complete and upload the Health History Form annually!
- You must sign the 6 agreements on BOUND annually!
- Physicals (from a doctor) must be completed every three years.
- Students grades 6, 7, 9, and 11 must complete SWAY concussion testing.
📄The correct paperwork will be sent home with current 5th-8th graders today! Extra forms can be picked up in the MS/HS office with Sue.
