Tuesday, October 15th, the Groton Area seniors will be applying to colleges in their guidance class. The staff are wearing college gear to support their process in applying, and it opens up conversation between students and staff about different colleges, majors, and career paths.

- 7th Grade will play at 4pm, 8th grade to follow (both in the Stage Gym)!
The Junior class was able to attend the annual Post High School Fair at Northern State University on Wednesday October 9th . This event has representatives from numerous colleges, universities, military, and employers. The students were able to have conversations with admissions officers about the different academic programs offered, along with being able to chat with businesses who are looking to hire.
For many, this marks the first step in a journey that will lead them to their decision regarding their path after high school. This is a fantastic opportunity for them to explore a wide range of paths, and discover what best aligns with their skills, interests, and long-term career aspirations.
