Happy Music In Our Schools Month!
The Prismatic Sensations Show Choir will be performing at the Center Stage Competition in Aberdeen this Saturday. For the afternoon performance, Groton will perform at 1:30 and the evening performance will be at 6:00 pm at Aberdeen Central High School.
Tickets for all day are $15 Adults/$5 Students. Tickets for one session (Daytime or evening) is $10.

Freshmen girls in Mrs. Hubbart's physical science class had the opportunity to attend the Women in Science conference at Northern State University in Aberdeen today!
They heard from professionals in STEM-related careers including marine biology, forensic science, nursing, soil biology, food and dairy science, nursing, optometry and engineering.

**#5 Lennox plays #12 Mobridge-Pollock prior to our game at 5:30PM at the Huron Arena. Doors will open at 4:30. Upper seating is general admission. Lower seating will be reserved for the fans of teams playing in the current game, and designated based on where team benches are located. Please see attached picture for clarification.
**Students and fans who are standing are not to stand on the orange bleachers, but on the grey flooring of the bleachers.

Riley Carman has recently completed the design and fabrication of a one-of-a-kind table in class. This remarkable work is made of recycled scrap material that could be found lying around a shop. Riley's pride in this work is clearly evident by his extreme attention to detail. Great work, Riley!


Tonight these three seniors will step on their home court one last time as Groton Tiger Basketball Players. Blake, Turner, and Teylor - Thank you for leading by example and being positive leaders for your teammates. We are very proud of your dedication, self-discipline, and perseverance all throughout your high school career here at Groton Area. You will be missed - but remember... Once a Tiger, Always a Tiger!

Mrs. Tietz’s FACS class had a great morning with these preschoolers from St. John’s Lutheran! They planned fun, healthy cooking activities for the preschoolers and also got to work on large motor skills in the gym!
