Groton Area will travel to Webster on Thursday, October 24 to take on Webster Area in the opening round of the SDHSAA Class 11B Football Playoffs. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 PM. Admission to the game is $7.00 for adults, $5.00 for students. Let's go, Tigers!!

On Friday, Groton Area HS was visited by US Congressman Dusty Johnson. He graciously fielded questions from our HS student body for just over an hour providing with us all a great civics lesson.
Groton Area HS juniors are attending the Youth Career Expo at Northern State University today.
Today's cross country meet at Sisseton has been canceled and will not be rescheduled.
Groton FFA will be hosting a soup supper on Friday, October 4 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM in the GHS Arena prior to the football game with Roncalli. Proceeds from the event will benefit Groton FFA. Meal includes soup, bread, bar, water/juice and cost is a free will donation.
