Sue Wattier is the middle/high school secretary. She has been with Groton Area School District since the beginning of the 2004-2005 school year. She came to this position after having served the Bristol School District for 13 years in the same position.
Sue is the face that greets the students in our building every single day. She is the person that keeps everyone and everything in line day after day. When a student or staff member has a question, they call Sue. If a parent has a question, they call Sue. If she doesn't have an answer, she's always willing and able to find it. She handles all of this and more every day, in addition to completing her actual work, and she does it all with a smile!
It's a well-known fact that our school would not run as well as it does without Sue at the helm. We appreciate her so much and know that we are beyond lucky to have her in our lives!
