The annual influenza vaccination clinic for students previously scheduled for October 17th during parent/teacher conferences is rescheduled to Monday, November 4 due to a delay in the clinic in receiving the vaccine. The clinic will begin at approximately 9:30 AM at the MS/HS and will set up in the elementary conference room upon completion in the MS/HS. The clinic will be open until 5:00 PM for community members who wish to participate.
Please bring a copy of your insurance card along.
