About
Groton Area School District
Welcome
Welcome to the Groton Area School
District. Our team of administrators, educators and support
staff take pride in your academic achievement. We share
your vision for the future. It is our goal as you begin the
2007-2008 school year, to give you direction by establishing
high expectations for you that will be reflected in your
academic achievement, your co-curricular involvement, and your
contributions to your community.
Location
We are located in South Dakota in the
heart of agriculture country. Various industries reside in
our area as well. One of our newest additions is an
ethanol plant changing corn into fuel for your vehicle.
